C. Anne Wilson, a librarian at the Brotherton Library at the University of Leeds in England, organized the first Leeds Symposium in 1986. Papers presented at the Symposia have been edited by Wilson and in many cases expanded. These well-written, excellently researched papers are very worthwhile reading for anyone seriously interested in English culinary history. Each collection is approximately 150 - 200 pages except for Country House Kitchen which is 266 pages. All are imported from the UK.
